 thank you so much.  i have tried looking into legal aide.  the babies mother only got 2 years probation, it was her brother and uncle that killed my son.  i got to spend time with her during the trial, but after they sentanced her brother to two life sentances she got mad, and we havnt heard from her.  My children keep asking me to do somthing, but i can barly get up in the morning , I have been batteling depression since his murder, and im just so tired of the struggle, some days it just seems too much.

yes, i have been dealing with them from the beginning, they denied the reimbursment because they found extzcy pills in my sons apartment, and for that reason they denied us.  they said that the two guys that shot him were there to rob him, and they put my son on knees and shot him 7 times exicution style. i try too have the girls with me , and we spend alot of time together, but its never enough, my two oldest girls are 18 and 21.  i am trying to get back on my feet, to get us together, but after my son was murdered, we had no insurance, and my sons funeral cost over 15,000. and then we had to pay for the headstone, and on top of that i lost my job.  i would love to have my girls all together for christmas, we just went thru trial in oct, and it was hell on my babies to see and hear ther things we saw. i know i need to be strong for my girls, but its hard , im all they have,

 I AM A MOTHER OF 5 AND MY 19 YEAR OLD SON WAS SHOT 7 TIMES IN HIS APT ON JULY 2, 2007. MY YOUNGER DAUGHTER SOPHIE FOUND HIM ON THE KITCHEN FLOOR.  MY FAMILY HAD NO SAVINGS TO BURY MY SON, SO I BORROWED ,AND BORROWED TO PAY FOR A PROPER BURIAL, SINCE IT WOULD BE THE LAST THING I WOULD BE ABLE TO DO FOR MY BABY BOY. I LOST MY JOB 6 MONTHS AGO , AND HAVE BEEN THRU THE FIRST MURDER TRIAL ON HIS BIRTHDAY IN OCT. MY SON ALSO LEFT BEHIND A DAUGHTER WITH THE GIRL WHOS FAMILY KILLED MY SON.  SHE WAS ALSO AN ACCESSORY TO HIS MURDER.  WE HAVE HAD TO GIVE UP OUR HOME AND STAY APART BECAUSE SINCE MY SONS MURDER WE HAVE PRETTY MUCH HAD TO RELOCATE, AND SEPERATE.  I WOULD JUST DO ANYTHING TO HAVE MY 4 GIRLS WITH ME, ALL OF US TOGETHER AGAIN.  I WOULD APPRICIATE IT IF ANYONE WHO KNOWS ABOUT LAW , CAN HELP ME TO GET VISITATION WITH MY SONS LITTLE GIRL MAKAYLA. SHAE IS ALL WE HAVE LEFT OF MY SON, AND THEY HAVE KEPT HER FROM US BECAUSE OF THE CHARGES ON HER UNCLE AND BROTHER. SHES MAD.  ATLEAST SHE CAN GO SEE HER BROTHER , I WILL NEVER SEE MY SON AGAIN. I JUST WANT TO BE ABLE TO TELL HER WHAT A WONDERFUL PERSON HER FATHER WAS.
